Tara joined the Electric Plus team in October 2019. She has an associate degree in business administration with a PHR certification. She spent 15 years in human resources designing and leading many training sessions, both online and in person. She is proud to have helped grow companies and create a positive company culture. When Tara is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
