Tanner started his career with Electric Plus in 2011, right after graduating from Bedford North Lawrence High School and joining the union. After completing his apprenticeship and earning an associate degree through Ivy Tech in 2016, he spent six years gaining experience elsewhere before returning to Electric Plus in 2020—where he always felt he belonged.

A dedicated family man, Tanner has been married to his high school sweetheart, Katelyn, since 2017. Together, they have three amazing kids: Charlotte (8), Chloe (5), and Cole (1). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and shooting guns.
